Vantage Contracting Ltd. specializes in utility contracting. This is the installation of underground services like storm, sanitary, water, hydro, telephone, internet, and street lighting. It also includes road and parking lot construction, land clearing, earth moving, and basement and bulk excavations.

We manage subdivisions from 2 to 15 lots with an organized and methodical approach. Our attention to detail, coupled with our commitment to meeting the customers’ ever-changing needs, has been one of the hallmarks of our success.

We have, over the years, fostered great working relationships with the City of Mission, the City of Abbotsford, and the Abbotsford School District and are often contracted to do jobs where the City is working with a landowner to solve a complex mutual problem (i.e. retaining walls and or bank stabilization). It has been through these relationships that Vantage has earned the reputation as an industry-leading service provider and trusted partner.

Over the years we have provided some hardscape and softscape landscaping services with a focus on low maintenance and native plants. We can assist with design, surveying, planning, and managing the project with you. Once we agree on the scope of work we can then make it come to life in a worry-free efficient manner, on budget, and on time.

In the winter we are geared up to handle some large snow clearing contracts. This includes clearing snow with backhoes, skidsteers, snow blowers, and shovels. From parking lots, private drives, and sidewalks we do it all. We also provide a salting service which when implemented with a snow removal program can be very effective at keeping your home or business safe and accessible.
