Our niche is small subdivisions from 2 to 50 lots where quality and dependability is valued.  We have done many subdivisions and because of our organized, methodical approach the developers are able to move ahead quickly with no glitches caused from large deficiency lists and misfiled paperwork.

We also have a great working relationship with the District of Mission Staff and the City of Abbotsford Staff.  We are often contracted to do jobs where the District of Mission is working with a land owner to solve a mutual problem (i.e. retaining walls and bank stabilization).

This working relationship ultimately benefits the developer.  This is because when the City trusts the developer's contractor everything flows much smoother. We are able to relieve a lot of the burden placed on the developer by the planning department simply by knowing who to talk to, what to say and when to say it.

In the winter we are geared up to handle some large snow clearing contracts. This includes fitting our single axle dump truck with a salt/sand unit and de-icing parking lots and private drives.
